ESNNAs Protection

In strict compliance with Law No. 29408 (General Tourism Law), Law No. 30802, and regulations from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), at MUNDO TURISTICO TRAVEL S.A.C. we categorically reject any practice involving the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNAs) in all its manifestations.

Responsible tourism is one of our organization’s core pillars. Therefore, we adopt active prevention policies across our value chain, partnering solely with competent local hotels, transport providers, guides, and operators committed to complying with national and international laws protecting minors.

Legal Framework & Institutional Commitment

Our Prevention Commitments

  • Staff Training: All our administrative staff, official guides, and drivers are trained to immediately detect, prevent, and report any risk situation or suspected crime against minors.
  • Provider Screening: We require all commercial partners and suppliers to adhere to MINCETUR’s Code of Conduct.
  • Traveler Notice: We formally advise all domestic and foreign clients that sexual exploitation of minors is a severe crime punished by the Peruvian Penal Code with strict prison sentences.
  • Collaboration with Authorities: We actively cooperate with the Peruvian National Police (PNP), Prosecutor’s Office, and judicial authorities to eradicate this crime from tourism.
