TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – TURISTICO TRAVEL
Your experience in Peru will be governed by current national tourism regulations, as well as the following terms, which complement and prevail over any other related informational document.
ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general conditions apply to all tourist services, travel packages, guided excursions, transfers, and activities organized by TURISTICO TRAVEL within Peruvian territory.
ARTICLE 2: GENERAL INFORMATION
- TURISTICO TRAVEL is a legally constituted travel agency and tour operator in Cusco, Peru, complying with all applicable tourism regulations from MINCETUR.
- Contracting any of our travel packages implies total and unconditional acceptance of Peruvian legislation and our general sales conditions.
ARTICLE 3: BOOKING CONFIRMATION
To formally confirm any tourist service or package, an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost is required.
